By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Purple Natural Flavors website or through our private concierge desk, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Guidelines.
2. Gourmet Product Representation
Dry fruits, nuts, and sun-dried figs are seasonal agricultural products. While we maintain rigorous mechanical sorting and cleanroom vacuum packaging standards to ensure supreme uniformity, subtle variations in shade, kernel dimensions, and natural sweetness reflect organic authenticity and are celebrated as hallmarks of unbleached harvest.
3. Pricing & Promotions
All prices listed on Purple Natural Flavors are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of statutory GST. Promotional voucher codes (such as WELCOME10 or ROYAL20) must be entered prior to order checkout and cannot be retrospectively applied to finalized consignments.
4. Shipping, Transit & Replacement Guarantee
Orders are dispatched via trusted express courier services. While transit across metro corridors typically concludes within 24 to 48 hours, extraordinary climatic disruptions or logistics conditions may occasionally alter delivery timelines.
Under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, in the improbable event that a canister seal is compromised or you are dissatisfied with product freshness upon arrival, notify our Concierge Team within 48 hours of recorded delivery for an immediate replacement parcel or credit note.
5. Corporate & Bespoke Gifting Agreements
Bulk corporate consignments and bespoke wedding boxes involving custom laser monogramming or tailored gift sleeves are executed pursuant to formal proforma approval. Once laser engraving has commenced, custom monogrammed outer casings are non-cancellable.
